No, that is wrong, I don't care what the Falls Church Mass paper or the
Christian Science monitor says. The NY Times and CNN clarify the depth.
The 28, 175 feet is from the surface of the ocean, not the seafloor.

I'll admit that the find was hyped by the oil companies, but it does
represent a new option in oil drilling.
