I can't stand this any longer. I have sat day after day and read the
continuous flow of liberal garbage and Bush bashing. I will concede the
point that Bush is not a suave tree hugging tofu farting communist,
socialist, fascist, or conflicted liberal ,and therefore, it is required
that he be despised by all modern Democrats.

When last I checked, it was Congress who holds the purse strings. This crap
about Clinton creating a surplus is just that. It was a Republican
controlled Congress that balanced the budget, but most of those who lead
that effort have left. Clinton left office and for the last six months of
his office the country headed into a recession. It was Reagan's tax cuts
that brought prosperity to the people, not Democrat tax and spend socialist
crap tax increases.

Look at the truth for once. The Democrat Party, the so called party of the
people, had control of the Congress for 40 plus years. During that time,
say from around 1960, the tax on a million dollars profit was around ninety
percent. What do you think it was when the Republicans took control. Less
than 40%. If you were in business making that kind of profit in 1960, you
had the choice of giving the tax dollar to the government or you could
expand, create jobs and hire more people, or pay the tax. Today the
corporations just put that profit in their pocket and don't worry about
doing the right thing for the people or the country. All compliments of the
Democrat Party. How any modern Democrat can point to a Republican and say
that Republicans alone represent special corporate interests is beyond me.

So now we have Kerry running around saying he is going to help the middle
class and increase the tax on the rich. The middle class is, and always has
been, the target of guys like Kerry. Anyone making over $200,000,00 is the
target according to Kerry. This targets the average small business who are
the job producers. SOBs like Kerry pay the Alternative Minimum Tax on what
he chooses to leave out of various non taxable trusts for show. The rich
don't pay a proportionate tax and Kerry knows it. Kerry is not that stupid,
which makes him a liar.

I remember the Carter years and the Democrat controlled Congress, when in
order to stay in business you had to get hard money loans. The economy was
in the tank and in order to crack the nut each month you had to eat 17% -
22% interest rates to stay afloat.

One last point, for those who don't seem to understand what is going on in
Iraq. It is a real war. It is not predictable. Predictable outcome to war
requires total devastation of the enemy. It is not like the war on drugs,
war on poverty, or any of the other touchy feely socialist liberal crap that
politicians have dreamed up to occupy the simple minds of the masses. Each
one of our sons and daughters who give their precious lives there, is saving
the 30-40 lives that would be lost in just one terrorist bomb attack at your
local mall. Their sacrifice and that of their families can never be repaid.
The best we can do is give them the honor and respect they deserve.

Honor and Respect are ideals foreign to Kerry, as his life's history clearly
demonstrates.

If you believe that the Democrats are for labor and job creation you are
ignorant of history of that party and who actually creates real jobs in the
real world.

What do you hear out of the mouth of Kerry and his kind is bigger
government, more regulation and more taxes. You need to wake up.
Government, whether it be the Congress or the President has never created a
single job. Now, if you think that someone who works for government and is
paid with your tax dollars is government creating a job, or that providing
someone with benefits from one of the socialist government programs is
creating a job, then you are permanently out to lunch.

In my view, the Federal Government has two jobs, one to protect the people
of this country and the integrity of our borders, and to regulate interstate
and foreign commerce. The rest of the socialist crap is just liberal BS.

Homesteading is about being independent and self sufficient. I can not
reconcile in the slightest the position of those of you who would subjugate
Americans and our interests to that of the United Nations, France or Germany
by electing a lying wimp SOB like Kerry.

When it is time to cast your vote, ask yourself a simple question. If you
had to choose between Bush and Kerry as to which one you would want guarding
your home, which would you prefer? Bush who is going to shoot and hopefully
kill the SOB trying to invade your home or Kerry who will try to negotiate a
diplomatic solution with the criminals and the other assholes who are
profiting off of the criminal's invasion, plunder of your home, murder of
you and your family.

The Democrats of today are not the Democrats of 1920 to 1955.

Daniel Van; Kelley

I also appreciated Rob's comments and loved this visual from Gene. Dick
Cheney is the jockey, or perhaps he's headless horseman.
