It also does not have a radiator nor mufflers. A TH350 transmission has no provision for any sort of PTO. Its ground speed is way too high for anything useful. From the pictures it looks cobbled up. I suspect it is a bone yard motor with little done except for a mild cam. The current bid price is more than you would have to pay to get the parts.
