i82365 is installed in /etc/pcmcia/start
It's a simple script, you can edit it.
Put a # in front of the i82365 line.
On the next line put: insmod tcic
For that to work, the tcic module (tcic.o)
must be in: /lib/modules/2.2.26/pcmcia
