The top on BL doesn't have the option of printing out
a copy of the current readings, so I used ps instead
after making sure they report the same for memory use.

Yeh, I know I could have used incrementation and made
that a lot prettier, but it's so easy with nvi to
just append copies of the same group of lines to the
file.
