Which uses netcat just like I described in my post.

What an odd way to put that.

She also sends her inet address to every server she connects to
every time she connects to them. And there is no telling who has
access to any of them. Or to the gateways and routers along the
way.

I'd trust my IP with Sindi or you before I'd trust it to
gmail/google, or some webserver, given the choice.

And don't forget all the 'spiders' out there. A hundred or a
thousand databases record our IPs every time we connect to the
internet, as well as what ports we have open and whether we
have a firewall, and who knows what else.
