Still, smaller sections would be good, so I'd say go for naming it 'office'
for
now (I think 'office' fits better than productivity, plus the latter is harder
to type ;)).

As for where packages go, I also like to keep gnome/kde products in those
sections, but then what about packages such as xchat? That depends on gtk
(which is actually GIMP, not GNOME, but GNOME uses it and so lots of people
think GTK is GNOME) and such? That may not have been the best example, but...

Otherwise we would just get rid of kde/gnome sections and put that stuff in
windowmanagers/x11/office/editors/net/etc. That's one reason I like this, is
we
get smaller sections (just think how big windowmanagers would be...yeck!),
which
are more manageable, and as Geoff pointed out, we may be able to get more
willing people to help if they don't have to handle a huge section.
