Geoff,
Just a small correction - I hadn't given up on maintaining the OO spell - in
fact, I was trying to get it to work rewriting it, adapting the scripts in
Mandrake's source RPM. But I have been chronically short of time, which in
this case almost amounted to having given up on the spell.
Besides that, the stupid policies at work (no laptops connected to the
company network, no webmail, reduced use of the internet, etc.) managed to
reduce the litle time I had.
I was happy when I saw a new OO spell, based on the 1.1 branch. I do hope it
will need less hacks and patches than the ones using the 1.0 branch - we need
that spell working.
Ok, I've ranted enough - now that I am "free" of the OO spell, time to try
getting a arm cross compile working.
