I'd say, "no" to mirroring the sources of rejected spells because of their
licensing, one reason of which you mentioned and I'd rather we stay out of
any legal troubles. ;)

Also, what about spells that depend (optionall, require, or directly) on a
spell in z-rejected? Such as db, which can use java so that we can
compile OpenOffice (which itselfs needs java).
