OK, I'm about to do this. Here's the summary of what I plan to do:

1. Branch (devel) games and z-rejected into their own areas with only one
section each (which I'll capriciously call "games"/"z-rejected")

2. Grant Geoff and Hamish access to their new locations.

3. Delete games and z-rejected from their devel/test/stable locations
4. Alter my tarball building scripts to build tarballs for these grimoires
too.
5. Publish the first tarball for each.
6. Schedule hourly rebuilds when changes occur.

Any comments before I get cracking?

Geoff and Hamish: you'll probably want to restructure your grmoires into
sections, please do this using "p4 integrate" to branch the files from their
old location to the new one and then "p4 delete" to delete the old location.
Then submit both the branch and the delete as one changelist. Note that you
DON'T have to manually move the files. i.e.

p4 integrate //sgl/z-rejected/grimoire/z-rejected/perforce... \
//sgl/z-rejected/grimoire/scm/perforce...
p4 delete //sgl/z-rejected/grimoire/z-rejected/perforce...
p4 submit

or if you're working with your current directory at the "grimoire" level:

p4 integ z-rejected/perforce... scm/perforce...
p4 delete z-rejected/perforce...
p4 submit

It's more reliable and provides a better history than manually copying the
files around.
