Hmm..

I agree a maintained interface is important, once the interface is defined.
but I agree with Nicks choice on the naming so far.

Sorcery is essentially the hub that manages installed spells. so sorcery
system-upgrade does the following:

sorcery update
scribe update
sorcery "determine new versions and add to the queue"
cast queue

- This makes sense with sorcery in the "central hub" role, where:

cast = install spells
dispel = remove spells
scribe = manage codex/grimoire updates
gaze = search/browse spells
sorcery = central hub / spell state management

I dont think it's all that unclear, though i confess the new name confuses
me a bit too. But it has value, and is worth the effort to transition.
