I have an urban garden in Pittsburgh and find that I can successfully deter
the neighbors cat from pooing in my raised beds by placing a layer of
chicken wire on top of the beds. Most of the plants have no problem growing
up through the wire and the cats don't like it. BB guns or super-soakers
work too..... (just kidding...)
