If anyone has access to this article, would appreciate obtaining a copy from
the CRFG Yearbook 1973 with Douglas M. Hinds. Possibly could scan and send
as an attachment to my e-mail address. Any cost involved would be covered
by me.

International Standard: 3 to 6 weeks (may take 8 to 12 weeks due to customs
delays) International Expedited: 3 to 7 business days

In their Amazon.com storefront they offer contact but you have to log into
Amazon to use it.

There are copyright restrictions that would prevent them from selling you a
scanned copy. I found this out trying to find a digital copy on the web.

You will have to buy the book. You should be able to do that from Mexico.
There seems to be only one copy available and it is used in excellent
condition.
