We've been eating Honeycrisp apples from the store and Spitzenburgs from our
own tree.
The thing about the Honeycrisp that I like is the crispness and juiciness.
The flavor is kind of light, though. The Spitzenburgs just seems to have a
much more robust, balanced flavor.
I have my neighbors try them side-by-side. You can really notice the
difference in flavor then.
A cross between Honeycrisp and Spitzenburg might be interesting.
