I bought a Cabela food dehydrator a few years
ago. It had a small dent on top so it was half
price for $200. It blows away anything else on
the market. I bought the 160 Litre model and I
just load it, set the time and temp and walk away
untill unloading time. Here is a link:

http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/standard-item.jsp?_DARGS=/cabelas/en/common/catalog/item-link.jsp_A&_DAV=netcon&id=0019202515819a&navCount=1&podId=0019202&parentId=&navAction=push&catalogCode=QT&rid=&parentType=&indexId=cat570005&hasJS=true

Somewhere on their site I found a scratch and
dent model, but that was a few years ago and I
can't find it again.
