Snack on them as they are, or rehydrate them for any cooking recipe, such as
pie, applesauce, apple butter (there are some shortcut recipes that use
dried apples), muffins, breads, etc.

My favorite use is pie, because that's generally my favorite use for any
fruit...

Folks - speaking of dehydrated apples, has anyone got a favorite recipe/use
for them? We were gifted a rather large bag, mixed unknown varieties, and we
haven't a clue as to what to do with them. Thanks, dylan
