Hello,

Aren't fruit driers simple things that can be made using a cardboard box, tape and a couple odds and ends?

I assume a light bulb could also supply the dry heat too.

I'm looking into purchasing a food dehydrator, mostly for drying fruit on a
small home scale. I'm wondering if anybody has experience with this and has
recommendations.
