IMHO, I'd go with
duck; geese are vegetarians.
Also I know of someone who had
young geese strip the bark off of a young apple tree.
They were in a small space and were probably looking for food, or
maybe bored.
Fred had a flock of geese that roamed his
orchard. They ate the windfalls. Nice geese for Thanksgiving dinner -
really juicy and sweet.
