I've used this seeder for several years with good results. I just
choose seed plate holes that are about 1.5 x the diameter of the seed.
I tend to use the "pin-point" seeder for small seed but I've had
success with the "european" seeder also.

I was disappointed in the quality of the "european" seeder. The paint
is flaking off and a collar on the end of the brush apparatus has come
loose and is flopping around on the shaft.
