If you have a lot of lettuce, I suggest two mixes. One heavy on lettuce
(spring mix) and one with some lettuce but lots of greens.

I find washing/sorting much easier if I keep each variety separate through
the washing. I large garbage bag works well for "tossing" the salad.

I have two questions: 1. What do vole runs or tunnels look like?

2. How do you create a salad mix? I've got the lettuce and Asian greens
growing, and it looks like everything will be ready for market opening in 2
weeks. But, this is my first time to try salad mix and I don't know what
amount of each thing to put in. I'm thinking of doing about a 5 ounce bag of
mix to sell. I'm growing everything separately so I can cut and mix as
things become available, but I am clueless as to how much lettuce vs.
tatsoi, or mizuna to add. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
