Probably not an issue for most people: but: I once bought feed oats for seed purposes, and found corn scattered through the oats. This wouldn't have been a problem for many people, but, as I had no way of telling whether it was GMO corn, and being certified organic I can't seed GMO corn, I had to fish the corn seed out before seeding the oats. Luckily it was only one bag of oats to pick through.
