Yes, it is. I've even used my printed images for decoupage products and the
ink does NOT run. If you'll send me something to print I'll send it back to
ya so you can test under your circumstances.

Liz,

Is the Kodak ink waterproof? We need to print labels for our market
packages but they have to withstand some amount of rain and still be
legible/attractive. The Epson ink works well for this, but I find my
C-84 (2-3 years old) is beginning to have more and more ink clogs that need
the cleaning cycle (wasted ink) to resolve.
