I had just the opposite experience with the "Stick" planter. In trying
out a minimum till thing last season, I used the "Stick" to plant fair
amounts of both okra and sweet corn. It did well singulating and
planting both. The spring shutter did prove somewhat troublesome,
though.

I wonder what seeds it breaks? Beans?
