We've had equally awful weather - nothing but rain - here in
northern PA. We do have some things in the ground, but
they're in raised beds - the rest of the garden is a sea of
mud and standing water. Ick.

My garden plans are seriously behind also, it never stops
raining - only one sunny day in the last month.

Me too. I hope to do about the same things you've outlined,
but on a (much) smaller scale. We have a small property and
my strength and energy are limited due to health problems,
but I can nevertheless produce a *LOT* of good veggies,
started plants, and flowers.

We're building a hoophouse and cold frames later this summer
- when/if we ever can get finished planting the garden.
