I may not be a marketing expert, a horticulturalist, or know what a right
eigenvector of a correlation matrix is, but I do know a bit more than the
average duck about the energy business.

The national average line loss is 5-10% except in the areas where the rate
payers have been abused for years by PUC's and co-ops. Their losses may run
as high as 25% in the rural areas.
