Del, you AMAZE me! Your markets have NO enforcement? No concern of the
origin of products sold? How can you possibly hope to have honest
markets under such conditions? Your markets rely on HONOR? Peddlers
have NO honor.

Of course, you can not be certain that a seller has produced an
individual item. You CAN, of course, satisfy yourself that he has the
production capability for the item at the time of sale. That is, you
can determine that the seller is picking tomatoes out of his tomato
field at the time he is selling tomatoes.
