> A--Why are back yard growers allowed to sell at the market in the first
In a market where there is sufficient stall space, ->I<- believe that
small growers are a great asset to a market. They add variety. Even if
their volume is not high, they add to the crucially important impression
of abundance and "busyness".
> B--Why are back yard growers allowed to set up/leave shop when they want??
I've heard of markets where sellers are not allowed to leave before the
end of the market. What are they? Prisoners? I don't like the idea.
I have no quarrel with the idea of not allowing late setup.
