As an interested observer, today's posts
on the subject of getting and controlling
a protected name for farmers to use has
been revealing.
Although the world reads The New York
Times, the average U.S. resident does
not.
Don't be surprised that big-ag gets together
and gets a national law passed defining the
use of the term "locally grown" for marketing
purposes and that local means anywhere
in the U.S.A. ;-)
