Customer says: "You have the best produce we've ever tasted. We'll really
miss it this winter."
We say "we have an email list for produce that we grow in the winter, do you
want to be on it?"
If they do, they give us an email address. At this point, we normally have
customers come up and say "I ate your produce at a dinner party, picnic,
etc., last week - what do we have to do to get on your email list?" Maybe
we should start charging! (kidding). It snowballs - the more customers you
please, the more customers you have.
