I wouldn't bet on this. Look at tobacco - not only not banned, but
supported vigorously (if you disbelieve this, come to Kentucky and watch the
state colleges and extension service for a while). If corporate America is
making money on it, our government won't ban it, they'll support it to the
wall regardless of any health problems.
