You do realize the difference between plenum and non-plenum cable, right?
Only plenum cable is rated for going inside the walls. Non-plenum cable
should NEVER be run inside walls. As wikipedia puts it:

Non plenum cable is used in walls all the time. Plenum is used in
plenums such as air ducts, etc., as well is if you are running it
without conduit in open air wire racks or drop ceilings or raised
computer room floors. If it is in the walls, non plenum is exactly
what you would use since fire retardant cable is unnecessary.
If you are laying cable in a drop ceiling or tacking it to the
wall in your room use plenum cable. If it is in an area where there
is no air flow (such as a wall) use non plenum. That is why they
make it.
It actually says that in the wikipedia link you sent.
