Bummer. Those Motorola Surfboards are pretty bad. I have a long story that involves multiple visits from The Cable Guy (and one Cable Girl), 4 different Motorola modems, and a visit to the RoadRunner office in Raleigh. Out of compassion for you, I won't recount the whole sordid affair.

Suffice it to say, any time it's windy, or a more-than-drizzle rain, I have to reboot the thing. When someone else offers as much bandwidth for the same price, I'll switch.
