Actually, Lynn, if everyone was walking around armed, I believe there would
be a new re-surgence in "Civility", as you define it.

I worry that some of the people carrying guns ARE the unbalance listeners.
If everyone walked around armed, a simple argument could easily turn into
something far worse....there's always a hothead or crazy in the crowd.
