Lets try this again.  I am not thinking to well this morning.  I am diabetic
and usually my blood sugar is around 120.  This morning it is over 250 and
when it gets that high, I get befuddled.  My dogs, a golden retreiver and a
mutt, stay outside.  This morning, they are sitting in the middle of the road
hoping a car will come by so they can chase it.  I am looking at chicken
catalogues trying to figure out what kind of chicks I want to buy.  I am
making over an old hog house into a chicken house and want to get 100.  It is
slow going in this weather.  I hope I did this right this time.

Well , Bill you cheered me up :-) . I don't understand, though, how you
get your dog to go outside and do her business. Mine hesitates and tries to
go
back inside if it is below 60 degrees :-)............

When I got up a few hours ago, it was 11 here, right at 16 now. Wind is
kicking up the flag and the chimes, therefore the windchill has to be
below zero.
When we were coming home from the party the other night, it was 68
degrees just after dark. We will see that again before 2009 comes. No
wonder people are sick.

The true significance of Sacajawea's involvement in the Lewis & Clark
expedition is that it was the first documented trip in history where men
asked a woman for directions and followed them, allowing them to arrive
at their destination.
