You live in a small town, 'probaly are friendly with the local cops. Next
time you see a cop car in town (ewmpty); just walk over and look at the front
dashboard. Chances are that he has full computer access to everything
database fron APHIS down. Look right in the middle of the front dashboard
area, you shopuld see a large computer set-up.

It is easier and chaeper to track people in small town , you need much fewer
monitors. Most people have to use the same roads regularly. Yes, it is
happening here, first. But, so did private phone lines, 911, , high speed
internet connection, etc. It all eventually becomes obiquitous ....bobf
