I think the election fraud accusations will just get worse and worse
until we fix the problem. There has to be a fast and accurate way to
confirm registration and prevent ineligible people from voting. The
election process has to be transparent and have an accurate paper trail
that can be counted and recounted. As long as there is confusion about
registrations and 'black box' machines that may or may not accurately
record votes, there will be suspicion of the process. And I would add
that as long as every vote DOESN'T count (i.e. popular vote doesn't
elect the president), there will be apathy.
