The surplus was 'Chinese' money. Most of us don't give a d*amn about sex
with the fat jewish girl (well, a male jewish friend was fairly p*ssed).

Clinton sold us down the river for personal acclaim and traesure; and to
change the subject. Clinton didn't have a d*mn thing to do with the surplus,
outside of opening the economic gates of h*ell for the Chinese and the monkey
boys fform goldman-sachs ..... bobf
