It would appear that bees are doing well locally. It has been some
years since I was a beekeeper, but plenty of my neighbors keep them.
About a week ago, my willows were flowering. You could hear the
buzzing the moment you stepped out the door. My front yard sounded
like my old bee yard. The trees had thousands upon thousands of bees
working them - bees everywhere! It would appear that beekeepers are
having some luck with their hives locally, if the hives can turn out
in that force to work blossoms. I'm sure they are working places other
than just my yard.
