Gene; This year I found that I must have missed a lot of garlic during my
harvest last year. It was all coming up in clumps. I dug, separated, and
replanted a bunch in hopes of having each clove form a bulb, but when I
got tired of that, I pulled whole clumps and ate it like green onion.
Its great in salads.

I like using the scapes (the curly stalk with the seedhead) because I get
2 different harvests from the same plant.
