No, this was a different issue that I found and fixed during today's cygwin
shakedown. It's fixed in CVS and will be in tomorrow's tarball. Just so
happens that cygwin wasn't the only affected platform, so downloading the
current version of tsql.c from CVS and compiling with that on Mac OS X was
exactly the right solution to resolve this problem today. No worries!

I wonder if the compile-time problems are related to the configure issues.
