In a previous post I asked if anyone thought of Jeremiah 8:5-8 as a source for Paul's thought in Romans 10. I'll stick my neck out a little further.
For Paul to use "righteousness" instead of "way" or "ordinance" doesn't seem to be an unusual exchange since the terms were used somewhat synonymously in Genesis 18:19; Psalm 18:20,21 (21,22);
Psalm 103:6,7; Jeremiah 22:3 and Deut. 33:21.
