i made the mistake of heading towards downtown sunday,
totally unaware. it was a huge clusterfuck, and took
me forever to get myself untangled and reroute myself.
the thing that struck me was that i had no idea.
i live here and had no idea that sunday was Apple
Chill. but from the anecdotal and admittedly
unreliable evidence of liscense plates, plenty of
folks from Virginia, South Carolina and Maryland knew
about it.

"A boy wants a car from his dad.
Dad says, first you got to cut that hair.
Boys says, hey dad Jesus had long hair.
Dad says, That's right son, and Jesus walked everywhere."
