It is NC, only Ned can do so period, except for the tricky sell it but it's
not a commercial use tricks.

Any ideas on effective strategies?

I am. I may not like doing it, but I am prepared to. Right now, the fight is
so lopsided that I think it would be wise to use all legal and decent means
to fight this fight.

Even in the CC world, there seem to be very few who actually care about Free.
