"man busybox" gives a list of commands that allegedly work with
this distro of BL. Unfortunately the file is probably out of date
as not all of them work.

The list includes all potential busybox commands (executables, programs) but the busybox in BL3 was compiled to include only a select list of these. I posted a later busybox with a few more added (vi, modprobe, ftpget, etc.). If you type busybox is should list the actual included ones. ls --help for instance gives you a very short and probably unintelligble list of how to use ls. Look online for man pages for each executable. Or get a linux CD and look at the info or man pages on that. Or look in a book about linux, which often has an alphabetical list of commands. Or at a site for linux newbies. Often they list the equivalent linux and DOS commands: ls/dir rm/del cp/copy mv/rename
