These three lines go in /etc/pcmcia/config, with the other
card/bind line combinations. Then use the /etc/pcmcia/start
script and you should be able to use this CD-ROM drive.

Now then, I wonder how the sound card works. Perhaps it is
possible to initialize it in DOS with the official drivers, and
then boot with loadlin and load the sb.o or other standard
sound module?
