Someone just sent me an Excel file to translate, in Czech, and told me to 'just type in the English in that column'. The best I could do was xlhmtl (I even have a DOS version) to convert to .htm, and then display the output with Links. (Lynx does not do tables, W3m does not do Czech, and links2 graphical displays Czech without any need to load a font). But I cannot easily translate in the resulting file in a column.

I got this going because the local Red Cross blood donation people send out their donation schedules in Excel format instead of text.

Is there some linux program that will import and also export Excel .xls files, that works with Xvesa? Maybe even in BL3?
