Is there a limit to the size of fs.img

I know of no specific limit; however, I would feel a
little uneasy putting a very large fs.img on a DOS
partition (particularly a highly fragmented one).

Aren't we supposed to defragment the DOS partition before unpacking BL3 to it? I don't recall if your instructions say to do that.

A dedicated ext2 partition is much more stable.
This isn't a big issue for a small fs.img; but
the bigger your fs.img, the greater the risk of
a glitch.

Cheers,
Steven
