I may not have the time to take much part in this discussion (I may respond
with great delay), but there are arguments that Aktionsart and aspect are
fundamentally the same thing. See for example chapter 2 of my thesis,

Aspect is not only a subjective view of an action, but it affects the
truthfulness of what is said.
