It appears I have slightly misquoted Naaman. Naaman argues that
because certain 9th century events are represented in certain details
of which a 7th century historian would not have been aware, parts of
Kings and Samuel are based upon an _8th_ century work which he
titles "The Chronicle of Early Israelite Kings." It appears therefore,
to go well with those who suggest the existence of a "Hezekiah
History." However, he does claim that writing was introduced tp
the Jerusalem court no later than the 10th century.
