I use kmail for Linux (Fedora Core 2 at the moment) and I also got question
marks, but I can read what Peter posted because I do have the Unicode fonts
installed. Granted, the Hebrew comes out so tiny that my bifocals have a
little difficulty with it, but that's probably something on my end.
